Since 1996 I have been working as a consultant, moderator and diagnostician for international corporations.

 

As co-founder of the company and one of the four managing directors, I work every day to apply the concepts of the berliner team for and with our clients, to the concrete requirements of the corporate workday.

 

“Life is transition” and the change is that which allows us grow and develop. Within the corporate context my areas of concentration have emerged as follows:

 

People need orientation, people need stability and people require clarity about their own chances and boundaries, in order to prevail in transition.

 

Originating from individual people, my particular passion is to guide talent, potential and key personnel to find their optimal place within the organisation in order to enable the highest level of effectiveness.

 

In this context, diagnostics, coaching and development guidance constitute a large portion of my sphere of activity.

 

Often however, what's required is to develop a new direction for organisations with such key performers. My primary focal point is to accompany people in the enterprise through transition who want to make a well-oriented, stable and clear contribution and to move forward with sustainability.

 

With a Master's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organisational Psychology and Personal Diagnostics, my competencies flow into a complimentary whole.

 

Especially in the area of diagnostics, my task for the berliner team is to select and if necessary develop, high-performance tools and methods. Individual potential descriptions for individuals or groups, value-profiles for teams and organisations, as well as goal-oriented situation analyses are current areas of great interest.

 

In my private life, my focus is above all to be a role model for my daughter: to demonstrate the presence of an endearing father, to let her in, and to show her life for what it is to me:
