I have found my career fulfilment in my position as trainer and project manager. The work with the participants and clients gives me a tremendous amount of pleasure.
My training concentrations lie in the areas of communication, client contact, presentation skills, time management, life-balance and creativity training.
To establish a good connection with the client and to strike a good balance according to their own values are significant “levers” for me, whose discovery and activation I find fascinating and fulfilling.
Through diverse further education, I have accumulated a large “methodology toolbox” which enables me to support my clients with a variety of tools (systemic, experiential pedagogical, value-based, etc.) and to find together with them their own personal “levers.”
After a few years in sales for an insurance company, my path led me to the berliner team in 1999, where I was primarily responsible for event organisation, project management and event support.
Since 2003 I have been working as a trainer and moderator for international enterprises.
Since 2005, I have, parallel to my training activities as the manager of the Back Office of the berliner team, acquired leadership experience and therefore understand well the world of my customers – from the view of managers, as well as the view of the staff.
In my free time I participate in a lot of sports, read take advantage of almost every possibility for further education.
