We support individuals, teams and organizations in change processes
I have a Master's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in media psychology. Since 1999 I have been working in training and consulting. My target groups in the beginning were film and creative staff and the public sector (Foreign Ministry, Federal Ministries), among others. In recent years a variety of enterprises have joined the ranks: including public broadcasting organisations and publishers, for example. I also offer all content in the English language for international groups. My personal areas of interest, in addition to personnel selection are:
Team development and process moderation: communication is the lynchpin here. I am interested in helping groups to further their inquiry and goal clarification and to offer you a communication platform through my support. The right questions and impulses create a change in perspective and an advantageous (beneficial) view (perspective) on the issues.
Creativity: In workshops and methodology training I support groups and individuals to understand methods and approaches that help you to develop new ideas, to prioritise and to transfer this to the normal workday.
Communication: Changing perspectives is important here – in trainings I support participants in dealing with communication and conflict.
In general, I value methods that are clearly structured, but that also allow for and foster spontaneity. In recent years I have experienced time and again how such an approach has proven reliable for groups. My activities in the area of business theatre, workplace theatre and training as a Psychodrama Leader in combination with a pragmatic view and past experience are enormously helpful.
