Consultant and Trainer

 

As a self-employed contractor of the berliner team, I've been working since 2004 mainly as a trainer in the topic of communication and as project coordinator in the field of outdoor team trainings with the focus on communication in the team and team development. Since 1997 I have worked as a consultant for work programs in companies and organisations.

 

To improve the communication between participants, I shape activity-oriented team development through a variety of exercises and games. As desired, I offer you experiential educational trainings in high rope courses or in the Central German Uplands. What is most important to me is to make the strengthening of the team visible and to transfer this positive strength to everyday life.

 

For the workplace programs my areas of specialty lie in preventative healthcare – in behavioural change and the relation to the workplace, for example using spine exercises, trainings and relevant health topics in seminars and workshops. I see the main message of my program as guiding participants to approaching one's own health mindfully and with personal responsibility.

 

In 1997 I received my degree as a sport therapist in Stuttgart. Until 1999 I worked on several projects for corporate healthcare for companies in Southern Germany. Since moving to Berlin in 2000 I have, in addition to being a healthcare consultant to a health insurance company, dedicated myself to building my personal passion – rock climbing – into a main pillar of my career through extensive further training through the Deutscher Alpenverein (German Mountain Climbing Association) and other organisations. In addition, I have increased and refined my knowledge of communication and coaching through completing my training as a NLP Practitioner.

 

In my private life I am often active outdoors with my family and enjoy taking adventure and experience-rich tours with my children.
