We support individuals, teams and organizations in change processes
Hello dear visitor, thank you for your interest in me! I am a recent addition to the berliner team. The experience-oriented approach of the berliner team to help to discover and to mobilise one's own resources for change, has shaped the fundamental drive of my work. As a change management consultant, trainer and coach, I have accompanied business organisations, teams, as well as, specialists and executive personnel through change processes since 1993.
I believe that people change for reasons of insight and intention. My work supports this insight process, with the goal of helping the client to assimilate their own resources and abilities, to encounter challenges with consciousness and energy and to gain new perspectives that expand their spheres of influence. In so doing, I see myself as a process accompanist who functions as a catalyst to accelerate the insights and behavioural practices.
Dialog plays an important role in my work. Knowledge and competencies emerge when participants network and exchange with each other. The success of an organisational development or a personnel development program hinges upon the development of a common understanding of problems and goals. Respect, dialog and the common establishment of the developmental steps accelerate the change process.
Three examples of change processes that I have supported to date: (1) the restructuring of an organisation, for which the management team expanded their range of possible actions for dealing with the transition, (2) the increase of customer satisfaction in the After-sales & Service department in the automobile sector, (3) the guidance of a sales offensive as sales trainer and coach.
My work builds off the fundamentals of a Masters in Business Administration degree in the USA, which led to a career as a consultant to Manager of the Change Management Division of Accenture, and to diverse continued education activities, including gestalt theory and systemic organisation consultant at the Institute for Gestalt Therapy and Gestalt Pedagogy (IGG - Institut für Gestalttherapie und Gestaltpädagogik e.V.) in Berlin.
The meaning of my name: Liebe (“love” in German), contains the source of my energy and zest for life which enables me to cope with the greatest challenge in my private life: balancing my family-life, my work as my calling and my dedication to personal continued development.
