We support individuals, teams and organizations in change processes
“I enjoy working and am a very curious person. For this reason my career is ideal for me: always encountering new people, new companies, new challenges and the personal continuing education that's integral to the job.
And all this I do in very different roles: more and more frequently as facilitator, meaning mediating and accompaniment in change processes, but also as moderator of team workshops for large events, as well as trainer and coach.
My experience in the past years: to bring people together in movement and contact, to develop a script which allows them to live together and enables, real communication with one another, creates space and trust to master larger tasks.
I see my responsibilities as to develop such scripts with leadership staff and to help you to understand which dynamics you are confronted with and ways in which you can face them.
For the future we need people who more then ever are prepared to lead themselves and others – who with inner clarity and direction can stand by their wife and husband and at the same time have a healthy adaptability to the rapidly changing world we are surrounded by. I stand for everything which contributes to this – it is my field of operation and research.
Training as a high school teacher, two years' work experience in Mexico and managing the training department of a management consulting firm guided me in my “first life.” Since 1993 I have been an independent trainer and coach, initially with an emphasis on personality development and trainer development. As a founding member of the berliner team I have accumulated a wide spectrum of applicable tools and experience over the years.
I live my main areas of interest every day: Life-balance is the daily challenge of a business executive and consultant; and accompanying management staff in coaching, training and workshops of all types is my everyday life.
In order to sustain this activity long term, refuelling has become an art. I do this best outside in nature and in thermal baths. In addition, Far Eastern health training contributes to my balance and has become my newest hobby. And when I really have a bit of time, then I love cooking and inviting friends over for dinner…”
