The GLC ("GUID-LEAD-COACH") format has been applied for many years by the berliner team internationally for potential analysis. Target groups are young managerial talents or already identified high potentials for whom clarity is needed to define the best career path. The results of the event are substantiated strength-weakness profiles (as desired based on the foundation of the management guidelines of your enterprise), which help the candidates and their managers to define the appropriate career path in the organisation and serve as the basis for further developmental measures.
The GLC-program is comprised of a series of challenging exercises and projects through which conclusions are drawn through observation about the competencies, personality traits and potential of the candidates. The type of challenges which bring about an emotional involvement and high level of commitment differentiates Leading-Managing-Coaching from other conventional orientation centres. Trained psychologists are in the observation positions and contribute their substantial and concurrently valuable feedback.
