Facilitating Future
A particular type of initiation of leadership in change processes
The demand for qualified training for working with teams and organisations, which goes beyond the competencies of coaching, consulting and moderating, is increasing. The practically proven answer is Facilitating Future.
A facilitator (= accompanist) is whomever in the enterprise, organisation and with individual people initiates, guides, supports and/or promotes a specific change approach. A facilitator can be deployed regardless of the size and structure of a company.
The primary goal of the training to be a facilitator is to train the necessary conduct and the appropriate competencies for effective accompaniment of deep-reaching change processes in teams and companies and to develop oneself as a facilitator. You gain the required knowledge in seven modules over three days. The foundation of the training lies in “Presencing” and the “Theory U” of Otto Scharmer.
To offer this training, we have founded a school of facilitating with experienced trainers. On our website www.school-of-facilitating.de you will find all of the information about meeting dates and content of the training.
