Our roots lie in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and in activity-oriented approaches like Project Adventure. These ensure liveliness and practical transfer.

In addition to that we integrate insights from many other approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Superlearning, Systemic Consulting, the Team Management System, Spiral Dynamics, Action Learning and the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument.

We work with an open circle of chairs and a flipchart and only seldom with beamer presentations. We bring people into movement; our events are lively, colourful and active. And all of this with a distinct performance orientation and output guarantee.

A constant exchange between activity and reflection, between depth and motivating cooperation ensures the transfer to the daily work.
