Whoever wants to change behaviour and established ways of thinking is often in store for an adventure.
My aim is to accompany companies and employees with an integrated approach and to guide them toward new possibilities of operating. The issues that I most enjoy providing answers to and which lie closest to my heart are:
With my educational background in workplace and organisation psychology (Master of Psychology) and Systemic Consulting, I (born in 1966) have been active since 1997 for a variety of industrial companies in the functional areas of personnel and organisational development, including seven years as internal personnel and organisation developer in an international automobile enterprise. To date my clients are leading “global players” in the automobile, banking, consumer goods and transportation sectors.
The foundation of my work is individual consulting. This means, adjusting concepts and their application to address the specific needs of the participants and of the goals of the organisation, so that they are a “custom fit.”
My operating principle is to consistently focus upon solutions and goals. With a pragmatic approach, I place the advantages and practical aspects of the participants in the foreground and apply activity-oriented learning and thinking methodologies.

In private I'm characterised by curiosity, continuous learning and joy of thinking. In addition to contemporary fiction, I am interested in insights from research areas that try to explain our world and human behaviour (for example, evolution theory, behavioural research, psychology and economics).
