As corporate consultant, certified management trainer and team developer, I have been guiding companies, teams, and individuals in change processes since 1995. I do this with the absolute conviction that people in the right place, in the right moment and equipped with the right tools, can achieve astounding changes.

 

Professionalism, personal responsibility, and goal orientation are more that empty phrases to me. They are, in my opinion, the foundation of business activities, that, supplemented by a bit of humour and a good portion of humanity, can create a corporate culture in which people want to deliver peak performances.

 

Practical experience through personal leadership experience and a consistent results-orientation are for me the conditions for competent guidance of people in business organisations.

 

I live every day what it means to accommodate family, work and a partnership: at home. I spend every free minute with my two “munchkins,” as I call them, Benjamin and Leonard. Next to my work and my hobbies squash and literature, they are the two people who make my life worth living.

 

I have the huge fortune to have married a woman with whom I can realise vision in my private life, as well as in the workplace.

 

In order to allow these visions to come to reality, it's worth working, living and loving 365 days a year.
