I have been working as a trainer, consultant and coach since 1999 and in adult education since 1989. In 2007 I joined the berliner team.
My main areas of concentration, for which I develop passionate professionalism: it fascinates me to unfold management strengths into leadership competencies, when people find themselves, when high performance is brought into harmony with wellbeing. These are the goals that I achieve with my clients.
On the one hand I train, coach and moderate managers in all aspects of leadership: in and with the team, in projects, in all communication contexts and in a variety of situations and challenges.
In addition, I have been involved for years with all facets of conflict topics: mobbing and addiction problems, decision-making problems and conflicts in mediation and negotiations.
A third area of concentration of mine is sales. In this context I train sales staff in BtoB, as well as BtoC contexts or develop managers to sales coaches.
After earning my Master of Engineering degree with a concentration in telecommunications, I was employed in the industry for 16 years: for an electronics multinational in quality engineering, development, as head of Service and Maintenance for a mechanical engineering firm and as director of the training centre and director of personnel development and training.
In addition to my industry and management experience, I bring extensive further education as a coach (in individual coaching with Dr. Franz Stark), as a moderator in the training workshop, and as a trainer with Klaus Marwitz to my work. I completed my NLP training with Anthony Robbins, Richard Bandler and Robert Dilts.
Since 1999, I train, coach and moderate in the automobile and suppliers, IT, energy providers, engineering, electronics, construction, insurance and trade show construction sectors.
