The Managing Directors
The Managing Directors are the head of the organisation; our Back Office is the heart. The relationship of the three company leaders, whether linked by friendship, family or by marriage, has been very close for many years. Although we are very different individually, we share common basic values and guidelines for our work. We often understand each other “without speaking” (and this is also good, because sometimes we don't see each other for weeks).
