About the berliner team
Development accompaniment, goal-oriented change moulding, energy alignment, resource discovery and development – we've been active since 1996 in predominantly international enterprises. During this process we are proud to have gathered and sustained our broad base of loyal customers for many years.
We combine in our work competence and business experience with a humanistic view of people and a goal-oriented strategy.
Our office with a view of the Spree River is a lively gathering point for consulting, coaching, large events or skill trainings. Highly motivated associates support you in the Back Office, ensuring a dependable and smooth development process.
The berliner team is led by three managing directors, who act simultaneously as consultants. In addition, we work with an established team of competent freelance trainers, who work in our style.
