The term “corporate social responsibility,” or CSR for short, refers to the responsibility of companies in social, ecological and economic terms. In the best case scenario, it is integrated into the core values of companies and lived in their daily work. Specifically, it is about fair business practices, an employee-centered corporate culture, protecting the climate and environment as well as local social commitment. As a management consultancy, we have a dual responsibility: firstly, of course, for our own company and, secondly, for our customers’ companies. We disseminate the idea of CSR throughout organizations and support people in developing sustainable CSR strategies. This benefits the companies themselves – through an increase in public trust, improved employee loyalty and a stronger competitive position.

People are at the center of all our activities, both at company level and in society as a whole. By being socially active in a variety of ways, we live our commitment to social responsibility. The pursuit of tolerance and international understanding is what currently motivates us most in our social commitment. We want to cultivate curiosity towards other people, cultures and ways of life, because we believe that this is the key to living together peacefully in our increasingly globalized world.
We are also aware of just how privileged our lives are, how fortunate we are to have grown up in a peaceful, prosperous country. A country in which, in our opinion, anyone who really wants to, can achieve a great deal. We would like to share, and support those who have not done so well by helping them to help themselves.
