As a graduate psychologist specializing in organizational psychology and personnel diagnostics, Christian Grätsch has a passion: he supports talented, high-potential and top performers in finding their optimal roles in the company to develop maximum effectiveness. Since 1996, he has been working for international corporations in the areas of potential diagnosis, recruiting and talent management. He selects powerful tools and methods and, if necessary, develops them further according to customer specifications. His main focus is identifying and describing potential for individuals or groups, developing tools for Lean Recruiting, defining value profiles for teams and organizations, as well as targeted situation analyses. For him, life is a path full of opportunities, inviting us every day to discover the treasures along the way. His greatest private mission is to communicate this view to his daughters and son.
