Embraces the theatrical – also as a trainer in companies
Kassandra Knebel has been involved in corporate theatre for 15 years. Whether at Datev, Bombardier, Sparkasse or Lions Club – she encourages people to break away from familiar paths, explore new terrain and be creative. In her workshops, the focus is on translating information into action, text and play, observing yourself and others, and exploring and understanding the underlying factors. She helps people to synchronize feeling and reason, to exchange ideas with others and thus to grow closer together as a team. She also trains executives in persuasive presentation techniques. Theater plays, in which body language plays a major role, are just as effective in making the motivations of human action as visible as psychological patterns are. They offer a way of communicating and expressing emotions. There’s a lot of laughter, because fooling around is liberating – a good starting point for doing things differently.
