Rainer Nemitz comes from a practical background: As a graduate engineer in communications engineering, he worked as a manager for many years, initially in the production department of an electrical multinational, later as head of personnel development and training at an international mechanical engineering company. He knows the business environment and the challenges of his customers inside out. On the basis of his comprehensive qualification as a coach and organizational developer, he has been supporting change projects in companies since 1999 and carries out dual advanced training courses in the areas of leadership and project management, primarily in an industrial environment. His areas of expertise include the restructuring of organizational units, strategy development, management and team development, conflict resolution, and the optimization of organizational structures and processes (process optimization). A family man, he also shares his vision with his 3 adult children and his dog – with strength training and meditation.
