Then you are like many people and you should look into your personal resilience! We cordially invite you to our two-day resilience seminar!

"I haven't made as much progress in two years of psychotherapy as I have in this seminar."
"Susanne and Kai created a space of acceptance in which we all felt safe and in good hands."
"I can finally set boundaries for myself."
"In terms of structure, it was designed in such a way that a lot stuck. That it is usable. And that I can do something with it."
"It takes a certain amount of effort to get to grips with the subject. Have the courage, just do it. Because you will experience something that will take you further!"
"For me, it is one of the few seminars from which I still derive a real, genuine benefit even after some time. It's there and you can really feel it!"

What does resilience actually mean?

Resilience is the ability to deal with difficult, stressful situations in such a way that you remain capable of acting and emerge stronger.

No, previous experience is not necessary. Many participants are coming into contact with the topic for the first time. Others have already dealt with it. Both are perfectly okay. The seminar program is good for everyone. The only thing you need to bring along is the willingnessto better and get involved in the exercises.

In order to create as personal an atmosphere as possible, we deliberately keep the group small. With a maximum of 8 participants, there is enough space to address individual topics and enable an intensive group experience.

Yes, definitely any Case in point. If employees lack inner resilience, they reach their limits more quickly under pressure. Their concentration and decision-making ability diminish. Errors increase and performance decreases. This often results in longer absences due to exhaustion or burnout. teams and companies, who, on the other hand in the resilience of their employees invest, are often more resilient, more adaptable and more innovative.

No. You decide for yourself how much you want to share with us. And how deep you get into the exercises want. Butmany participants find it liberating , to open up in a circle of like-minded people. The Work on your own topics and the exchange in the group is then particularly intensive and valuable. S It goes without saying that we treat alleverything, what us in the seminarconfidentially!
