The lounge is aimed at all managers, entrepreneurs, HR professionals and scientists who want to lead their company into the new era. There will also be delicious food, good wine and networking at its best at the SEMINARIS Campus Hotel Berlin-Dahlem.

Strict legal requirements and high quality standards on the one hand, and the need to act faster and more flexibly in a world of rapidly changing customer requirements and market conditions on the other – this is the area of conflict in which many established companies find themselves and which they want to resolve in order to remain successful in the future.

The agile transformation at Roche

Roche Pharma AG has been undergoing a bold and comprehensive transformation since the middle of last year. With an unusual and infectious energy, the Transformation Team is driving agile change for the German organization at various levels. Sandra Siefer and Dirk Plaumann, both part of the transformation team in Grenzach-Whylen, tell us how the team has succeeded in reaching employees and management at all levels. Initial skepticism turned into a curious willingness to experiment and an awareness of the need for change. Of course, they also tell us what didn’t go so smoothly or where there are still problems today.

Co-creation in a mini-barcamp

Based on the exciting impulse, the second part of the event will lead us into a lively discussion in the agile format of a barkamp. You will get to know the method and each and every one of you will have the opportunity to contribute your own topics or questions from the agile transformation spectrum. In two consecutive sessions, you will experience active collaboration with competent colleagues from other companies who will share their experiences and ideas with you.
