New Work was already on everyone’s lips before corona. However, the speed at which the demands on living and working environments are changing has received another major boost in the last year and a half.
Our next event, the 38th Leadership Lounge, will focus on the organization of new forms of workfor example, how to deal with time and time budgetsthe organization of the place of work and other exciting topics.

Jessica S. Kafka, Team Lead New Work at Zalando
Zalando sees the topic of “New Work” as an important component of strategic and sustainable corporate development. Ms. Kafka gives us a “workshop report” on how Zalando deals with the requirements of changed framework conditions in order to balance operational and personal needs.
Dr. Ole Wintermann, Senior Project Manager at the Bertelsmann Stiftung
Dr. Ole Winterberg was already campaigning for employers to be more open to mobile working well before the coronavirus era. He shares his view of the future world of work after the coronavirus pandemic with us and asks: “Does working in the office still have a future?”

Our 38th Leadership Lounge will take place on February 10 from 6 p.m. – this time hybrid. You have the choice: Join us at the Seminaris CampusHotel in Dahlem (the 2G-Plus rule applies) or join via Zoom? Both are possible. If you join via Zoom, you would only have to organize your own food and drink 🙂 Please make your choice when you register. And of course we will keep an eye on the Corona guidelines in the present congress and pay attention to hygiene and minimum distance.
In 2009, we founded the “Leadership Lounge – science meets economy” in cooperation with the SEMINARIS CampusHotel in Berlin-Dahlem. Since then, we have been inviting managers, human resources and scientists to our networking event in Dahlem three times a year. After work, you can look forward to an exciting evening event with presentations on topics relating to digitalization, globalization and Industry 4.0 as well as our working world of the future.
