“We’re going agile now!” – Curse or blessing in the hybrid working world?
The COVID-19 pandemic and the coming hybrid working world are putting our way of working together to a new test. It is already clear that old approaches will no longer solve the challenges of tomorrow.
But how can it be done differently? The answer seems to be found quickly: We’re going agile now! In this presentation, the current development of the working world will be examined from the perspective of Generation Y and tips from practice and scientific studies on the curse and blessing of agility will be given. Dr. Dominic Lindner talks about his experiences from the agile transformation at three large companies in Bavaria and shows how challenges such as the involvement of top management and the establishment of an agile mindset have succeeded or failed.

It seems like a great idea at first: a team of senior managers is actively involved in the agile transformation using a Scrum-like approach. Not just as a steering committee, but as colleagues who lend a hand with a great deal of experience and assertiveness.
But what does this look like in practice and what are the real benefits? Well, it was a real learning journey…

In 2009, we founded the “Leadership Lounge – science meets economy” in cooperation with SEMINARIS Hotels.
