At the latest with ChatGPT we realize that artificial intelligence (AI) will irrevocably change the world as we know it. Similar to the Internet and the smartphone back then, habits will change. habits, business models and job profiles change completely! It is therefore necessary to ask ourselves in good time what opportunities and risks will arise from this and what we can do today to keep up with the times…and our next lounge offers you the ideal framework for this!
Our AI experts will explain what artificial intelligence actually is and how AI works. We will learn about practice-relevant findings from current research and potentials and challenges for companies and private individuals. It will be instructivesometimes a little scary, but entertaining. entertaining! The evening will be rounded off with a delicious buffet and inspiring conversations with like-minded people.

Artificial intelligence is a cornerstone of digital transformation and is bringing about significant changes in organizational and management processes. In her presentation, Dr. Sylke Piéch will shed light on the central role of Managers in the context of digital change. Find out what opportunities and challenges the use of AI technologies brings with it and what interesting application examples already exist today.
You will also gain insights into how collaboration within the team will change if, for example, a new colleague uses a robot is. Be curious to see how hybrid teams can operate successfully and be a catalyst for innovation.

What is behind the Leadership Lounge concept?
In 2009, in cooperation with the SEMINARIS Hotels, we launched the “Leadership Lounge – science meets economy” was founded. Since then, we have been inviting managers, human resources and academics to our networking event in Dahlem three times a year. After work, an exciting evening event awaits you there with presentations on current topics in times of digitalization, globalization and Industry 4.0 as well as on our working world of the future.
