But there are other strategies to to increase employer attractiveness and Generation Z generation. Some companies have already implemented them, others are thinking about it and still others don’t even have the younger generations on their radar yet. Time to change that: At our 43rd Leadership Lounge on Thursday, July 04, we take the 4-day week and other crazy working models under the magnifying glass! So, save the date and be there!
Our working world is changing: values, needs and priorities are shifting. Many older employees are taking their well-deserved retirement, while Generations Y and Z are entering the workforce. are entering the labor market, bringing with them a breath of fresh air and new demands. Work should now become more flexible, healthier and more autonomous. This means for employers: They need to get creative and be open to New working models if they want to remain attractive to young employees. The 4-day week is just one promising response to these challenges. It offers employees more free time, a better work-life balance and thus increases their productivity and satisfaction in the long term. A real win-win situation for the workforce and the company.
