“Awaken the pattern breaker in you!” Agile experience exchange of the “Community of Practice” – this time with the berlin team!

On 26 September 2018 from 9 am to 5 pm, people interested in agile organization will meet to discuss their work in agile organizations or those who want to become one.

True to the motto “If you want change, you have to leave the beaten track”, we will spend a day reflecting on our own patterns and those of our organizational units in the “Community of Practice – Agile Organizations” under the auspices of IOS Steinbeis University and exchange ideas on how we can remove obstacles and promote useful things.

“The pattern breakers” start the day with an exciting keynote speech and open our eyes to obstructive patterns in our organizations or perhaps even in our own (communication) behaviour. Stefan Kaduk and Dirk Osmetz invite us on an excursion into the more intelligent form of (agile) leadership. They show us which attitude can make organizations successful. They describe how organizations benefit when they dare to experiment again. Neither carelessly nor arbitrarily, but always in search of more effective collaboration. After all, breaking patterns is not an end in itself. Together we discover how we can use collective intelligence. Experience how passion arises. Feel the power of a free-breathing organization. Because these are the real competitive advantages.

After lunch, we go “pattern-breaking” in 3 x 4 breakout sessions. In smaller working groups, we will examine obstructive patterns in our organizations in order to discover new options together. We also want to exchange ideas about successful pattern breaks in order to inspire each other and model best practices for our own development. What were the framework conditions for success? How can I implement this in my organization? Which stakeholders do I involve, when and how? We would like to discuss these and many other questions that will arise in the course of the day with you.
