Workshop on April 24 and 25 in Berlin

The challenge

In times of rapid change, your company needs to be highly dynamic in order to remain competitive. Quickly picking up on customer wishes and market changes and proactively turning them into ideas and developments is a success factor in today’s world. Developing innovative products and services using agile methods requires fast and agile ways of thinking, methods and processes. However, not everyone feels confident leading a team through such a creative process, which should be non-hierarchical as well as dynamic and flexible.

Development of agile know-how

Comprehensive skills development within the company in the application of agile methods for managing innovation processes at all relevant levels is the basic prerequisite for a successful digital transformation. During a 2-day hands-on intensive training course, the Digital Innovation Bootcamp provides the basic knowledge required to develop innovative ideas / products using agile methods.
