Psychological safety as a success factor
Our working world is under pressure. Global crises, technological leaps, social upheaval – all of this is affecting companies and the people who work in them. Excessive demands, increasing absenteeism, teams are at their limits. Many people feel that things can’t go on as they are.
What is often missing? Psychological safety! It describes a working environment in which people dare to speak openly about mistakes, doubts and uncertainties – without fear. without fear of negative consequences. Teams that experience a conscious, constructive approach to different perspectives and opinions feel stronger, trust each other and realize their full potential.
