Agile working methods are currently being introduced in almost every company. People are walking around in sneakers and throwing around terms like “squad” and “sprint”. Some people would like to have a say here, but don’t really know who to ask or how to ask them. The aim of our short workshop is to give you a feel for working with Scrum – i.e. agile project management. By the end of the day, you will be familiar with the terminology and the process and will have had a few experiences of your own. In any case, you will have met nice people and strengthened your network.
