The ValueParty Practitioner training program consists of 6 onlinemodules from June to November 2025. 3 intensive hours await you in each module, in which we work together with a small group. small group (max. 12 participants) combine in-depth knowledge with practical application.
🧭 Session 1 – Introduction to the ValueParty

- What is the ValueParty? How does it work? What scientific model is it based on? You will receive a exerciseoverviewk about the concept and learn about the video channel as a supporting tool.
🔍 Session 2 – Survey of the value profile of the training group
- Monday, the July 07, 2025from 15-18 o’clock
- We conduct a ValueParty in the training group. On the basis of this sample measurement you will learn how a value measurement works, how a value profile is created and how the results can be presented and interpreted.
🚀 Session 3 – Preparation & implementation of the ValueParty in a test group
- Monday, the July 21, 2025from 3-6 p.m.
- How do you start the ValueParty process? You prepare a kick-off for a self-selected test group (e.g. your sports club or volunteer group). You then have time to carry out the measurement of culture independently, in a structured and methodologically sound manner.
📊 Session 4 – Evaluation of the ValueParty of your test group

- The values of your test group are available, and now? What does the value profile show? We analyze the value profiles, identify patterns and derive implications derived.
📣 Session 5 – Preparation & realization of a cultural conference
- Monday, the September22, 2025from 3-6 p.m.
- How do you now communicate the results? You prepare a cultural conference and ensure further work with the results: You formulate central messagesdevelop a clear process and select suitable formats that dialog facilitate dialog. The aim is to communicate the results in an understandable and effective way – so that everyone feels picked up, heard and involved.

- In this last session, we look back: How was it? What did you experience? What might have surprised you? What stuck with you? We will celebrate your successful completion with a certificate. And we look ahead: What’s next? What are the next steps?
There is deliberate time between the sessions: time to reflect, to try things out in your own work context, to think together and develop further. Accompanying e-learning videos will support you!
The training is rounded off by an individual coaching sessionwhich gives you space for your personal questions, your role and your next steps.
