The same for everyone and then there is a “survey” of the participants to measure the effects. At berliner team, we determine the starting point in advance with our “developer” and measure the change afterwards (see potential analysis).

The individual participants and the groups as a whole receive detailed feedback from us on the changes achieved. The commissioning HR function receives the data in anonymized form in order to further improve programs and adapt them to requirements.
