What is the difference between training and coaching?
Training imparts specific skills and methods to a group and follows a clear learning objective. Coaching, on the other hand, is individual, process-oriented and supports individuals in developing their own solutions.
Are soft skills measurable?
Soft skills can be measured if clear behavioral indicators are defined – for example, feedback quality, conflict rate or employee satisfaction. There are also effects on productivity, staff turnover and team performance. You can use a potential analysis to measure soft skills in relation to the requirements of the job. Is conflict management really economically viable?

How long does a training session last?
