As a business law graduate and HR executive, Angélique has been working in senior HR roles and as an independent entrepreneur for over 25 years. She knows the challenges of modern HR work from all perspectives – and tackles them with a structured approach, transparent communication and her warm, humorous manner.

Angélique particularly enjoys supporting medium-sized and owner-managed family businesses – as an interim HR executive, organizational developer, mentor and advisor. Whether strategic and operational HR management, the fundamental modernization of HR work or the support of far-reaching transformation processes: She positions HR for the future and successfully mentors management teams through phases of uncertainty.
