Lukas combines strategy with empathy – and moves between the boardroom and the start-up kitchen. As a consultant for organizational development, business coach and start-up consultant, he supports organizations, teams and individuals in effective development processes.

Since 2017, he has been advising companies of all sizes – from international corporations to newly founded start-ups. His work is characterized by analytical depth, systemic thinking and a keen sense of social dynamics.

Lukas is a certified coach, organizational designer and project manager. He has an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance. His expertise ranges from strategy development, project and change management to individual coaching. It is particularly important to him that change is not only planned, but also experienced – with clarity, participation and impact.

When he’s not setting organizations in motion, Lukas likes to be out and about himself: sailing, snowboarding or exploring new cultures.
