Monika Steininger
Is curious - about people and agile change processes

Monika is interested in people, languages and cultures. She has lived and worked in Germany, the USA and Switzerland and finds the right words in many languages to bring people along in change processes – be it in German, English, Italian or French. With this basic attitude, she has gained many years of experience as a management consultant in project management and implementation in international corporations in various industries, 14 of them at Accenture. In addition, she has a sound training as a systemic consultant for organizational development and coaching and training in agile methods and as a Scrum Master. The focus of her work is to help people find good ways of working together. She respects their motivations, their conscious and unconscious skills and is sensitive to nuances. As the cohesion of a team benefits above all from a good leadership culture, she sees working with managers as an important lever.
