Susanne Grätsch knows from her own experience that you grow with change. She has been working for medium-sized companies and international corporations since 1999. Initially, her focus was on management development and coaching. She now seeks and finds her challenges in large-scale change projects, which she accompanies. It supports companies, for example, in their transition to an agile company as part of the digital transformation, in overcoming growth thresholds or in establishing an attractive, motivating corporate culture, which is a prerequisite for attracting new employees as an attractive employer. As an NLP master practitioner, certified UXQB consultant (for usability and user experience) and consultant in hypno-systemic organizational consulting, she can quickly familiarize herself with new specialist areas and feels just as much at home in the automotive industry as in the IT sector or the real estate industry. Her biggest personal challenge is to combine professional success with a fulfilling family life. However, she is not alone in this, but can count on the active support of her husband, Oliver Grätsch.
