Changing values: shaping a successful corporate culture (2021)

When was the last time you asked your colleagues or employees what is really important to them? We don’t mean high salaries or sabbaticals, but their most important values for working together in the company. If the corporate culture does not match the values of your colleagues or the demands placed on the company, people will be unmotivated and the company will be less successful. A change in values is necessary!

But how do you manage to take everyone’s opinion into account?

Quite simply: through our ambassador principle. For example, if you have around 400 employees, we appoint 30 “ambassadors” who talk to their colleagues and collect their most important values. This way, everyone knows that their opinion is taken into account in the process so that they can feel comfortable in the company in the future.
