Corporate culture as a success factor: value-based corporate transformation with the ValueParty

We have exciting news: Our book “Unternehmenskultur als Erfolgsfaktor: Wertebasierte Unternehmenstransformation mit der ValueParty” will be published at the Leipzig Book Fair in spring 2024! The last few months have been characterized by night shifts, mountains of coffee and the odd desperate search for the perfect wording. But it was worth it: our work is being published by the renowned Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

What is it all about? The topic of “corporate culture and value management” has occupied us for almost twenty years and has become much more relevant in recent years. That’s why we present our model of “value-based corporate transformation” and show you how you can use this tool in practice to map meaningful values at individual, team and organizational level and thus actively develop the corporate culture instead of letting “it” happen.
