Measure corporate culture with the ValueParty app!

Today is a big day for us! Our ValueParty app is now available, which you can use to measure your corporate culture digitally. This could be the starting point for a “value-based transformation” for your team or company. As a useful addition, the new ValueParty website with its own store system is also going online today. Here you will learn how to work with the ValueParty, how to make the values in your company transparent and discussable and how the 10-step process of value-based transformation works. The best thing about it: you can buy your individual value profile directly from the store and create it immediately!

How does the app work? With the ValueParty app, you can record your corporate culture in a fun and convenient digital way.
Each participant receives personal access (token) to the ValueParty app and can select from 112 values the onesthat are personally importantto them, the organizational values they currently perceive and the values they consider critical to success in the future. The value profile is then created on the basis of the Graves Value System. You can create individual profiles for individuals or have group profiles created. Multigroup profiles enable a comparison of the value structures of different teams.

And what happens next? Based on the app data, a dialog takes place within the entire team. Together we will analyze your value profile, discuss your current culture, the values of your colleagues and work out which value culture you need as a company in order to be successful in the future. A clear vision or mission statement is developed with all those involved, overarching areas of action are defined and specific measures are derived – thus setting the value-based transformation in motion.

Fancy a little foretaste? Then go ahead: In our brand new video, you can experience the ValueParty app up close! We’ll guide you through the app step by step and show you how to use it in practice! Have fun streaming!
