Why we think in terms of welutions, not solutions
The successful corporate culture of the past was characterized by values such as structure, order and rules, but also by the aspiration for individual success and profit. Today’s world requires different values. Successful companies strive for shared solutions and live by values such as cooperation, team success, networking, synergy and lifelong learning. We address this transformation with welutions. They presuppose that all stakeholders want to find a solution together and as equals. For it is only through the interaction of people who are united in a partnership-based discourse, who want to share their expertise, experiences and perspectives, that welutions emerge.
