We believe that good team spirit is the engine to rock the world. That’s why we attach great importance to exchanging ideas and having fun together. There are many opportunities for this togetherness, whether Christmas cooking or Christmas parties, running events or murder mystery dinners. However, we also cultivate it in our joint work on our own company, e.g. through strategy workshops with design thinking or in the “Teamlead” research project. People who come to us feel that they can feel at home with us. That we support and value each other. We cultivate a culture at eye level and encourage everyone to have their say. It is important to us to address issues openly and clarify them quickly. We always make time for the people around us – even when the air is on fire.
