Why is corporate social responsibility so important?

The term “Corporate Social Responsibility”, or CSR for short, refers to the social responsibility of companies in social, ecological and economic terms. At best, it is implemented in the company’s core values and practiced in day-to-day work. Specifically, these include fair business practices, an employee-oriented corporate culture, climate and environmental protection and local social commitment. As a management consultancy, we have a dual responsibility: firstly for our own company, of course, but also for our clients’ companies. We bring the idea of CSR to organizations and support people in developing sustainable CSR strategies. The companies themselves also benefit from this – through increased public confidence, better employee loyalty and a stronger competitive position.

How we fill CSR with life

People are at the heart of all our activities, both at company level and in society as a whole. We acknowledge our social responsibility by engaging in a variety of social activities. Striving for tolerance and openness to the world is what currently motivates us most in our social commitment. We want to arouse curiosity about other people, cultures and ways of life, because we believe that this open attitude is important for peaceful coexistence in our increasingly globalized world.

We also realize how privileged we are to live here, how lucky we are to have grown up in a peaceful, prosperous country. A country where, in our opinion, anyone who really wants to can achieve a lot. We would like to share and support those who have not fared so well by helping them to help themselves.

The “House of Opportunities” in Leegebruch, which we co-founded and where we are committed to tolerance and integration, was named as a flagship project in a report on the “Alliance for Brandenburg”.
