Monika Steiner has a passion for people, languages and cultures. She has lived and worked in Germany, the USA and Switzerland and finds the right words to engage people in change processes in many languages – be it in German, English, Italian or French. With her fundamentally positive attitude, she has gained many years of experience as a management consultant in project management and implementation in international groups in various industries, including 14 years at Accenture. In addition, she has a solid education as a systemic consultant for organizational development and coaching. The focus of her work is encouraging people to work well together. She respects their motivation, their conscious and unconscious competencies and is sensitive to nuances. Given that a well-developed leadership culture is a major factor in how teams grow together, she sees working with executives as an important instrument.
