Inga Kühn is passionate about working with people and shaping teams and organizations in such a way that people can achieve great things in an inspiring atmosphere.

She has been working in the world of real estate for over 15 years, both as an executive in operational management and in organizational development, digitalization and sustainability. She has learned to always think about projects, processes and changes end-to-end and is also familiar with the one or other hurdle in implementing them in the company. She is trained in design thinking and has a preference for special meeting locations that bring the workshop world to life.

She has been bringing her experience in change management, strategy development and internal communication to the world of berliner team since 2022, helping companies to make their working environment more agile.
